Flavours of Home: Vietnam

One night only.

We’re welcoming Huong Vo into the kitchen for a special dinner inspired by the recipes she grew up with — dishes passed down from her mother and grandmother, reimagined alongside Chef into a warm, homestyle menu.

Expect Vietnamese street food, both traditional and reworked, alongside special drinks (boozy and non-alcoholic), music, storytelling, and a live fresh roll demo (we picked up a few tricks ourselves).

More than just dinner, this is an evening built around food, family, and the stories that shape them.

Doors open at 5:30 PM with Vietnamese-inspired cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks available. Dinner begins just after 6:00 PM.

Seats are limited, so reserve yours soon.

Flavours of Home is a collaboration between the Provocation Ideas Festival, Asian Heritage Month Stratford, and The Common.

  • Tickets are $65 plus tax, with a $30 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your seat. The deposit will be applied to your bill the night of the event.

Please note that due to the nature of the menu, we’re unable to accommodate shellfish allergies.

  • Expect a five-course authentic Vietnamese dinner rooted in traditional ingredients, flavours, and family recipes. We’ll also be offering a curated selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages designed to complement your meal and round out the evening.

Please note that due to the traditional ingredients and preparation methods used in this menu, we’re unable to accommodate shellfish allergies.
